The Private Pilot Certificate is the foundation of your aviation career. During this phase, you'll develop the knowledge, skills, and aeronautical decision-making required to safely operate an aircraft while building the habits expected of professional aviators.

Students who are on the accelerated program can often complete this phase in 2–4 months, preparing them to continue directly into the Instrument Rating.

Students enrolled in the accelerated program typically begin this course with approximately 230 hours of total flight time and complete the certificate upon reaching the FAA-required 250 hours. Most accelerated students complete this phase in one to two months before progressing to the Flight Instructor Certificate.

Rather than limiting the course to classroom discussions and simulated teaching, our CFI candidates work with actual flight students under the direct supervision of experienced instructors. The Commercial Multi-Engine Add-On introduces professional pilot candidates to the performance, systems, and decision-making required to safely operate aircraft with more than one engine.
During this phase, students transition from single-engine flying into a faster and more complex training environment. The course focuses heavily on aircraft systems, asymmetric thrust, engine-out procedures, workload management, and the disciplined cockpit habits expected in professional multi-engine operations.
Our accelerated program is designed around approximately 10 hours of multi-engine flight training, supported by structured briefings and focused ground instruction. Training is proficiency-based, so additional time may be required depending on experience, preparation, and demonstrated performance.
The FalKor Difference is structured, scenario-based preparation. Students do more than memorize engine-out procedures. They learn to recognize developing problems, manage the aircraft under pressure, make sound decisions, and operate with the professionalism expected in airline, charter, and corporate aviation.
Students enrolled in the accelerated pathway will typically complete this course in approximately one to three weeks, depending on aircraft availability, weather, and checkride scheduling.
